1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by FeliLingua to consumers and to organisations in the version valid at the time of booking.

2. Services
The subject of the contract is the provision of consulting services relating to cat behaviour, welfare, and keeping, including but not limited to:
• Behaviour consultations
• Online consultations
• Home visits
• Follow-up support
• Advice regarding cat adoption and care.
The consultation does not constitute veterinary treatment and does not replace an examination or diagnosis by a licensed veterinarian.

3. Formation of Contract
A contract is formed once an appointment has been agreed upon in writing (e.g. by email) and confirmed by me. For paid services, payment is required in advance, and the booking becomes binding only once full payment has been received.

4. Prices and Payment
The prices stated on my website at the time of booking shall apply. Additional costs, particularly travel expenses for home visits, will be charged separately and communicated transparently in advance. No VAT is charged in accordance with Section 19 of the German VAT Act (Kleinunternehmerregelung), where applicable.

5. Home Visits and Travel Costs
Home visits are available within my stated service area. The home visit surcharge covers travel-related costs within the stated service area, including typical parking and transport expenses. Mileage is charged separately according to distance, and the rate published on my website shall apply.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. For cancellations made later or in the event of non-attendance, the full fee remains payable. Payments already made will not be refunded.

7. Duration of Services
The consultation times stated on my website are approximate. If a session exceeds the booked duration at the client's request, additional time will be charged according to the current price list. If a session ends earlier than scheduled, the agreed base fee remains payable.

8. Client Responsibilities
The client undertakes to provide all information relevant to the consultation fully and accurately. The success of the consultation depends substantially on the consistent implementation of the recommendations provided.

9. Limitation of Liability
I provide my services to the best of my knowledge and based on current behavioural science. No specific outcome can be guaranteed, as animal behaviour depends on numerous individual factors. Liability for damages resulting from the implementation of recommendations is excluded, except in cases of intent or gross negligence on my part.

10. Data Protection
Personal data will be processed in accordance with my Privacy Policy in its current version.

11. Copyright
All documents, reports, and recommendations provided as part of the consultation are protected by copyright and are intended solely for personal use. They may not be reproduced, distributed, or published without my prior written consent.

12. Final Provisions
The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply. Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be or become wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
